Meat produced from rare and traditional breeds is a unique and satisfying taste experiance. Raised by ourselves in non-intensive conditions, the meat retains all the traditional qualities of succulence, tenderness and full flavour.
Because our pigs are raised naturally in stress free conditions and allowed to mature more slowly our rare breed meat has much better eating qualities than most meat from the mainstream market.
Succulent Joints & Cuts
Pork that is sumptuous and delicious and makes proper crackling. There is a little more fat than in commercial pork - that's where the tenderness and succulence comes from.

Sausages made from quality cuts of our Oxford Sandy & Black, Large Black and Pietrain pork hand made using the finest natural hog casings which retain the juices and all the flavour.

Dry Cured Bacon and gammon that is full of flavour not white liquid! Once you have tried our thick cut dry-cured bacon you wont ever want to go back to a pan of white gunge.
